Refuse to participate in unproductive activities and destructive debates. Change the subject and change your life.
CHANNEL ENERGY INTO POSITIVE ACTIVITIES
Your health and happiness are paramount. Think about what makes you happy or what has made you happy in the past and refocus your time and energy on those things. Once you have discarded a negative influence, immediately fill that void with a positive undertaking. You can shift the balance, and joy can replace anguish.
